Prof. Lu Leng, Nanchang Hangkong University, China
LU LENG received his Ph.D degree from Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, P. R. China, in 2012. He performed his postdoctoral research at Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea, and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, P. R. China. He was a visiting scholar at West Virginia University, USA, and Yonsei University, South Korea. Currently, he is a full professor, the dean of Institute of Computer Vision, and the office director of Key Laboratory of Jiangxi Province for Image Processing and Pattern Recognition at Nanchang Hangkong University. Prof. Leng has published more than 100 international journal and conference papers, including more than 70 SCI papers and three highly cited papers. He has been granted several scholarships and funding projects, including five projects supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). He serves as a reviewer of more than 100 international journals and conferences. His research interests include computer vision, biometric template protection and biometric recognition. Prof. Leng is an outstanding representative of "Innovation Talent" of Jiangxi Enterprise in "Science and Technology China", received "Jiangxi Youth May Fourth Medal", "Jiangxi Hundred-Thousand-Ten-thousand Talent Project", "Jiangxi Voyage Project", etc.
Prof. Samir Ladaci, Ecole Nationale Polytechnique, Algiers, Algeria (Member of the IEEE, Member IAENG)
Samir Ladaci
received the State Engineer degree in Automatics from the Polytechnic
School of Algiers in 1995 and the Magister degree in Industrial
Automation from Annaba University, Algeria in 1999. He received his
Ph.D. and HDR degree (Habilitation à diriger les Recherches) from the
department of Electronics, Mentouri University of Constantine, Algeria
in 2007 in collaboration with the Ecole Centrale de Nantes France, and
2009 respectively. From 2001 to 2013, he was an assistant professor
and then associate professor (Maitre de conférence 'A') in the
Department of Electrical Engineering at Skikda University, Algeria. And
from December 2013 to October 2021 ha was with the National Polytechnic
School of Constantine, Algeria as a Full Professor in Automatics and
Control Engineering since January 2015. Beginning from 1rst November
2021 he joins the Ecole Nationale Polytechnique at Algiers, Algeria
where he is the Head of the research group '.Automation, Optimized
Systems and Fractional Order Control' at the Laboratory of Advanced
Multidisciplinary Industrial & Systems Engineering. He authored
more than 200 papers in indexed journals and international conference
proceedings and coauthored a Book and many book chapters; he also
supervised more than 11 (ended) PhD theses.

Prof. Sudan Jha, Kathmandu University, Nepal(IEEE Senior Member, ACM Member)
With over 23+ years of combined teaching, research, and industrial experience, Sudan Jha is a Senior member of IEEE and a Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Kathmandu University, Nepal. His previous affiliations include KIIT University, Chandigarh University, Christ University, etc. He was 'Technical Director' at Nepal Television, 'Principal' at Nepal College of IT, and 'Individual Consultant' at Nepal Telecom Authority. Prof. Jha is dedicated to advancing higher education quality and actively works on smart platforms. His extensive research portfolio comprises 80+ SCI, SCIE indexed research papers and book chapters in international peer-reviewed journals and conferences. He serves as a Co-Editor-in-Chief in an international journal. He also serves as Guest Editor for SCIE/ESCI/SCOPUS indexed journals. With three patents to his name, he has authored and edited 6 books on cutting-edge topics in IoT, 5G, and AI, published by Elsevier, CRC, and AAP. His research has also secured funding for two international projects. Additionally, Prof. Jha contributes as a Keynote at more than 40 international conferences. In addition, he has also delivered faculty development programs, short-term training programs, and workshops in national and international conferences, and universities. He holds certifications in Microservices Architecture, Data Science, and Foundations of Artificial Intelligence. His primary research interests encompass Quality of Services in IoT enabled devices, Neutrosophic theory, and Neutrosophic Soft Set Systems.
Dr. Alexandros Apostolos Boulogeorgos, University of Western Macedonia, Greece (IEEE Senior Member)
Dr. Alexandros-Apostolos A. Boulogeorgos, born in 1988, received his Diploma and Ph.D. degrees from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2012 and 2016, respectively. Currently, he serves as an Assistant Professor in Wireless Telecommunications at the University of Western Macedonia, leading the SIRIUS research group. With over 160 publications, his research interests include high-frequency communications, intelligent communication systems, ultra-dense wireless networks, and biomedical applications. He has won awards for his research and reviewing contributions and has been involved in numerous projects, including H2020-5GPPP ARIADNE and H.F.R.I. MINOAS. Dr. Boulogeorgos is an IEEE Senior Member and serves as an Editor for IEEE Communications Letters.
Assoc. Prof. Lei Chen, Shandong University, China
Lei Chen received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering from Shandong University, Jinan, China, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from University of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Information Science and Engineering, Shandong University, China. His research interests include image processing and computer vision, visual quality assessment and pattern recognition, machine learning and artificial intelligence. He was the principal investigator of projects granted from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Natural Science Foundation of Shandong Province, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, etc. He has published more than 40 papers on top international journals and conferences in recent years including IEEE TIP, Signal Process., ICME, etc. He was awarded the Future Plan for Young Scholars of Shandong University. He served for many international conferences.
