Papers submitted to ICAA 2024 be reviewed by technical committees of the conference.  All the accepted papers will be published on IEEE-CPS as a volume-quickly, informally and in high quality.This series is indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus databases. 

Excellent papers will be selected and published on SCI and EI journals.

To ensure the quality of the articles, all articles submitted to ICAA will be reviewed by 2-3 rounds of reviewers and the articles will be checked for duplication. 

1. After the papers is submitted, one of our editors will check if it has potential problem of plagiarism, papers not passing the plagiarism check will be desk rejected immediately.;
2. The papers that pass the pre-review will be assigned to 2-3 reviewers in the corresponding field for blind review, and give review opinions;
3. The review results and opinions will be returned to the author for modification;
4. The modified paper needs to be modified according to the opinions, and submit the modification instructions;
5. The modified paper and instructions will be returned to the reviewers for another review;
6. If the reviewers approve the revised version of the manuscript, then the Editor-in-Chief will make a final decision on acceptance for the publication.

Each paper will be double-blindly reviewed by at least two reviewers; this is an requirement as ICAA is a "Refereed Conference". Please adhere to this requirement when you prepare for your paper. Double-blindly means that the author of a paper does not know the reviewers of his/her paper and reviewers do not know the authors of the papers they reviewed.

No Show: An author or a proxy attending ICAA2024 must present the articles and posters. This is a requirement for all accepted articles, posters, and invited related submissions to be included in the ICAA2024 proceeding. No-show of scheduled research abstracts and articles will result in excluding them from the EI database and proceeding.

Indexing Service: Content will be submitted to the indexing companies for possible indexing. Indexing services are independent organizations and the publisher can not guarantee that any particular abstract or index entry will be included in Ei Compendex or any other indexing service.

Manuscript Submission
